I pride myself on being willing and able to draw just about anything given enough reference, so there is very little that I will refuse outright. These are lists of things I am comfortable working with more than anything.

FULL TERMS OF SERVICE
Payment: Payments are delivered via Paypal. Sketches are paid up front in full through Ko-fi; private, full commissions will be paid via Paypal invoice. Invoices will be sent after all details are confirmed and a rough sketch has been approved. Payment is expected in full upfront for commissions under $100; partial payment for commissions over $100 will be at least half the total.Refunds: Full refunds will be honored if requested during the sketch stage, whether due to financial considerations or dissatisfaction. Partial refunds will be considered on a case by case basis if requested after this stage of work. If the project is cancelled due to harassment or any other aggressively inamicable separation, no refund will honored.Revisions: You will receive image updates at each stage of the drawing, during which you can request any changes you like. Changes to major aspects such as composition and pose must be made during the sketch stage. A limit of 2 revisions before an additional charge of $10 per revision is in place (unless the project has been agreed upon as a character design, in which case up to 4 revisions are included). Revisions are not included in ko-fi commissions unless I have made a grievous error or omission conflicting with the references provided upfront by the client.Rights to Image: You are welcome to use your commission as an icon, profile image, edit, etc., with credit. These images cannot be used for commercial purposes without prior discussion and compensation. These images cannot be minted as NFTs or to train AI models. I retain the right to use the image as a commission sample regardless of if it is posted or not, unless agreed otherwise beforehand.Client(s) must be of a legal adult age in their respective countries to purchase ANY art commissions. Many places in the US, where PayPal is based, do not recognize minors as legally able to enter into these sorts of contracts, and this leaves artists open to chargebacks for worked hours.By commissioning me, you assent that you have read and agree to these terms.

Base price includes character designing, 1 full body flat colored figure (front and back), 1 detail (i.e. headshot, item, weapon) & a nude/underwear version by default.
